Course & Shelton (TA Course & Shelton Limited) complies with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into effect on 25th May 2018. Course & Shelton is a Limited Company Registered Company No. 10679885 and for Data Protection is Registered with 'Information Commissioner's Office' (ICO). The Company operates an Estate Agency, Property Management and Letting business and for this business purpose we will collect and use personal data. The Directors and staff have an obligation to perform their duties for the proper management and governance of the business and to comply with the Rules of our Professional Bodies and other regulatory authorities.
